By accessing and using QuizWin's mobile application and website ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use our Services. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you must have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of the Services, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Quiz Participation and Prizes

4.1 Quiz Rules

• You may only participate in quizzes using one account
• Use of automated tools, bots, or cheating is strictly prohibited
• Quiz results are final and binding
• We reserve the right to disqualify participants who violate the rules

4.2 Prizes

• Prizes are awarded based on quiz performance and contest rules
• Winners must provide valid information to claim prizes
• Prizes may be subject to taxes, which are the winner's responsibility
• We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value
• Unclaimed prizes may be forfeited after a specified period

5. Partner and Advertiser Terms

5.1 Campaign Requirements

Partners and advertisers agree to:

• Provide accurate and non-misleading advertising content
• Comply with all applicable advertising laws and regulations
• Not submit content that infringes intellectual property rights
• Pay all fees according to the agreed payment terms

5.2 Content Standards

All advertising content must:

• Be appropriate for a general audience
• Not contain offensive, discriminatory, or harmful material
• Not promote illegal activities or products
• Comply with our content guidelines and review process

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any illegal purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services
• Use any automated means to access the Services
• Collect or harvest information about other users
• Post or transmit malicious code or viruses

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Content

All content on the Services, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of QuizWin or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7.2 User-Generated Content

By submitting content to the Services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content in connection with the Services.

8. Payment and Fees

8.1 Partner Fees

Partners agree to pay all fees for advertising campaigns as specified in their campaign agreement. Payment terms are net 30 days unless otherwise agreed.

8.2 Refund Policy

All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specified in your campaign agreement.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QUIZWIN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless QuizWin and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

12. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
